Please ensure that your mobile phone signal is full as the OTP text message you will be sent expires within a very limited time frame.

My Google 2 Factor Authentication OTP failed
Please ensure your Google Authenticator app is synced correctly with your phone.
If you are an Android user follow the instructions below;
1) Go to the Main Menu on the Google Authenticator app
2) Select Settings
3) Select Time correction for codes
4) Select Sync now
For Apple users:
1) Go to the iPhone Settings
2) Select General
3) Select Date & Time
4) Enable Set Automatically
